1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、HARBORS LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するAndroidアプリ「SolarLapse」における情報の取扱いを説明するものです。
2. アプリによるデータの収集・共有
SolarLapseは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、写真、広告ID、端末識別子、利用状況、クラッシュ情報、決済情報などの個人データを、アプリから当社または第三者のサーバーへ収集・送信しません。また、アプリを通じてユーザーの個人データを第三者と共有しません。ログイン、ユーザーアカウント、広告、アクセス解析の機能はありません。
3. 端末内に保存する設定
SolarLapseは、選択した言語、時間倍率、逆再生の状態、表示対象、カメラモード、距離表示モード、UIの表示状態などの設定を端末内のローカルストレージに保存します。これらの設定はアプリの動作を維持するためにのみ使用され、端末外へ送信されません。
4. 保持期間と削除方法
端末内の設定は、ユーザーがAndroidの設定からSolarLapseのストレージ／データを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。当社はこれらの設定のサーバー上の複製を保持しないため、当社側で削除するデータはありません。
5. Google Playでの購入
SolarLapseをGoogle Playで購入する際の決済はGoogle Playが処理します。SolarLapseはクレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報その他の決済手段情報を取得または保存しません。Googleによる情報の取扱いには、Googleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。注文、返金、購入履歴などGoogle Playが管理する情報については、Google Playのアカウントおよびサポートをご利用ください。
6. お問い合わせ時の情報
ユーザーがサポート窓口へメールを送信した場合、当社はメールアドレス、本文、添付ファイルなどユーザーが任意に提供した情報を受領します。これらは問い合わせへの回答、問題解決、法的義務への対応のためにのみ使用し、対応および法令上必要な期間に限り保持します。法令上の保存義務がある場合を除き、削除のご希望は下記窓口で受け付けます。この情報はSolarLapseアプリから送信されるものではありません。
7. セキュリティ
SolarLapseの主要なプログラムと表示資産はアプリに同梱されています。当社は、問い合わせ対応で受領した情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えいを防ぐための合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
8. 子どものプライバシー
SolarLapseは子どもを主な対象として設計されたアプリではなく、アプリから子どもの個人データを故意に収集しません。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
アプリの機能、法令または運用の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはGoogle Playの掲載情報でお知らせし、改定日を更新します。

1. Scope
This policy explains how HARBORS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the SolarLapse Android application.
2. Data collection and sharing by the app
SolarLapse does not collect or transmit personal data from the app to us or to third-party servers. This includes names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, advertising IDs, device identifiers, usage data, crash data, and payment information. The app does not share users’ personal data with third parties. It has no login, user account, advertising, or analytics features.
3. Settings stored on the device
SolarLapse stores settings such as the selected language, time rate, reverse-time state, selected object, camera mode, distance mode, and UI visibility in local storage on the device. These settings are used only to preserve app behavior and are not transmitted off the device.
4. Retention and deletion
On-device settings remain until you clear SolarLapse’s storage/data in Android settings or uninstall the app. We do not keep server-side copies of these settings, so there is no corresponding app data for us to delete.
5. Purchases through Google Play
Google Play processes purchases of SolarLapse. The app does not obtain or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment method information. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to Google’s handling of information. For information managed by Google Play, such as orders, refunds, and purchase history, use your Google Play account or Google Play support.
6. Information you provide when contacting us
If you email our support address, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and comply with legal obligations, and retain it only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable law. Unless retention is legally required, you may request deletion through the contact below. This information is not transmitted by the SolarLapse app.
7. Security
SolarLapse’s main program and visual assets are bundled with the app. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information received through support inquiries from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
8. Children’s privacy
SolarLapse is not designed primarily for children, and the app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when the app, law, or our operations change. If a material change is made, we will provide notice on this page or in the Google Play listing and update the revision date.
